Real Time is the ability to obtain immediate access to carrier information about a client with the click of a button. It could be looking up information, such as a billing inquiry. Or, it could be performating a transaction, such as submitting a loss or rating a quote. In 2007, Fremont was awarded with Ascnet's Interface Partnership award for the speed and quality with which we implemented Real Time for our agents. We're continuing to improve on existing Real Time capabilities, as well as implement new products.

Fremont Complete is our web-based rating platform. In a matter of minutes, our agents can start from scratch and end up with a bound policy for any of the following lines of business: Personal Auto, Homeowners, Mobileowners, Watercraft, Business Owners, Commercial Auto, and Workers Comp.

Comparative Raters such as ACS and Capital can be a vital part of an independent agent's workflow. They allow you to quickly and easily get quoted premiums for any number of carriers after entering your customer's information only once. Fremont allows you to bridge your information from ACS or Capital directly into Fremont Complete and bind a policy without re-keying the customer information.

Download is the transmission of policy, claim, or commission information from the carrier to the agency through the agency management system. Not only does this save our agents time and effort entering this data into their management systems, but it also ensures that the policy information at the agency is the same as it is in our system. Fremont supports download to all major agency management systems. We are also quick to turn around certification with new vendors as it becomes necessary.
